The World Bank has made a dramatic change in policy with regard to research it conducts the world over. The World bank owns an almost limitless library of research material previously only available at cost, with a few being free
Well, pay no more. A reversal of this policy was effected.
This means that entities that need research results to carry out business, aid, social work and other pursuits, can now receive this research for free.
The only caveat is that research which has the likelihood of destabilizing a nation would be released at their discretion.
