A month ago I was relatively in track with my digital planner, Omnifocus, which works with both my iPhone and Macbook Pro. However, it started falling apart as I noticed that the techniques I followed on Asian Efficiency was overwhelmingly complex for my needs. I had many sections and subsections that I didn’t use. There were also multiple tiers that required more clicks than necessary to get to. I can’t say that Asian Efficiency’s technique was bad, it just wasn’t for me; in fact, I actually liked it a lot if I had usage for the breakdowns they had. Therefore, I decided today that I needed to reboot my planner system.

There are times when you feel that the structure of your planner is too complicated, too simple, or to bloated.
